I'm running the same scenario Wednesday at 1pm and Friday at 2pm. Right now I don't have many people so I'm hoping to find more people here. Book 1: Red Right Hand The game takes place in a generic noir city. The group is all part of the Paranet, a collection of people that either are or know about the supernatural. The group was put together by Gideon a wizard of the White Council and currently not around. It is a bit of a hardboiled detective game with supernatural over tones without actually having a true detective in the group. There are different levels of success (and failure) and the scenario can be gotten through with pure violence, no violence, or a anywhere in between. The game uses the Dresden Files RPG system. Knowledge of the game or the novels it is based on are not required but sure do help. We will be using Fate dice as the system requires and with luck I might actually find and buy some though I've had horrible luck with that so far. There are 8 premade PCs to chose from (3 female, 5 male). Two use magic and as magic is the most complicated system in the book if no one feels comfortable trying it the game can easily be played with out them. This is basically the same game I ran at OGD a few weeks okay. It is heavily changed from the one I ran last year at Gen Con and at the Albany Game day though the characters are the same.
