What is a mention and how do you see what it is?Im too stupid to find it anywhere.Is somebody mad at me?What the heck is it and where do I find it?

Go to your profile and click on the tab whch says "Mentions".

I believe you can also shut off the notifications for being mentioned. I'm not 100% sure how to, but I know I don't get updated when someone mentions me. I have to actually look on the mention tab in my profile.
