Message: <blockquote data-quote="bganon" data-source="post: 4587509" data-attributes="member: 60886">It looks like your halfling rogue is Dex/Cha focused, so unless you also pump Str (which will be tough) multiclass powers or PPs won't really be a big help (Fighter and Ranger are both Str-based for melee).  That's probably fine - rogues have plenty of good stuff all to themselves and it makes your search easier.Shadow Assassin is really quite melee-focused (even if the powers are also usable at range) and despite the name has no special stealth-related abilities.  Plus the daily meshes well with an Artful Dodger build.  It really looks like a good "duelist" class to me.IME defensive mobility is pretty nice but as a halfling it may be overkill - your AC against OA is good even without it, and you've always got second chance.  Toughness might be better if you're worried about durability.  Weapon Focus should be on your list - by choosing light blades you'll get the bonus to both weapons and it stacks with TWF.  I don't personally think Nimble Blade is that great (when you're a rogue with CA your attack bonus is already going to be high), but if it fits the flavor go for it.  The halfling racial feats are both flavorful and worthwhile.  Quick Draw is easy to find uses for.That's all PH stuff.  Martial Power has a halfling-specific rogue PP that might be right up your alley.  The rogue feats are decent but I don't think any of them are really "must-have" and don't scream "duelist" flavor to me; probably the best duelist feat would be Prime Strike if you wind up taking Ranger training.</blockquote>
