Duelist warforged, bard changelings and other contrasts

Just wondering if anyone has experimented with playing the new Eberron races against their stereotype descriptions -- the strong, bulky warforged, for example, running on the quick, lithe side. Or the rarely trusted changeling trying to gain acceptance by way of the friendly, entertaining bard. It would seem that shifters naturally would prefer to be closer to their natural side (ala specialized feat options); would it be worthwhile to shape one into a charming, civilized, refined diplomat or rakish rogue?

I was playing with the idea of a Changeling Bard, but I don't recall friendly (genuinely friendly anyway) being a large part of my plan. Entertaining was a big part though.

Well, I think the whole Mithral Body Warforged is meant to play against the invulnerable, slow-moving tank concept. I think a very fun idea is a Mithral Body Warforged Ranger 1-2/Fighter X, whose favored enemy is human beings. I haven't decided whether it's more fun as a PC, who may very well view his abilities with disgust or perhaps just confusion; or as a villain, a Warforged who is even now refusing to give up his mission of stealthy assassination of citizens of enemy kingdoms.
