Dungeon #106 - No adventure path?

I picked up Dungeon #106 at my FLGS tonight and since it was an even issue I was fully expecting the latest part in the Shackled City adventure path. I didn't find anything in there about the AP except a letter praising the the whole thing. I didn't see anything stating why it was missing either.

Anyone know what the heck is going on? Or is this just normal for Paizo?

Dave Noonan's "Test of the Smoking Eye," the next installment of the Shackled City Adventure Path hits Dungeon in issue #107. We'll try to put them out every other issue, but as the level for which they're intended gets higher and higher, the adventures themselves become more complex and demanding of their authors.

The installment after Dave's is currently slated for Dungeon #109.
