It is too retro for my tastes and does not invoke a feeling of the fantasy product it is. I still lament over the fact that Polyhedron was dropped, because it was the major incentive for be to buy the magazine. I do not need short adventures, but I liked the minigames and revived settings it provided. I do hope that Dragon remains useful to me as a DM as I find it to be a great source of inspiration for my games. I would also like it to contain more "fluff." One of the great things about the old Ecology articles, for exampel, was that they were narrated by a person studying the critters. This made them alot more interesting and, IMO, better gaming material.</p></blockquote><p></p>
