Dungeon 136 Cover

Anyone else notice that the cover to 136 doesn't match the preview in 135?

I really liked the Age of Worms covers; this one's a little weak IMO. Is it true that if you put a drow on the cover of something it sells better?

The "Next Month in Dungeon" art clip was from an interior illustration, as the cover sketch was not ready in time for #135's ship date. It happens occasionally.

I just purchased a Dungeon month-to-month a few weeks ago. I like the cover (I haven't received mine yet, though).

A drow that actually looks mighty. Cool, until you notice that instrument on his shoulder...

But I do dig the shadow plane adventure. Might get some good mileage out of that one.

No way! I love this cover. The art is cleanly done. It's not overly cluttered or too flashy. The drow has a surprisingly noble appearance. This is one of the better ones in my opinion.

He's even got a little of the Captain in him.
