There's certainly a lot of nifty ideas in it, and I found it good enough to spring for the $2.00 Transmuter's Last Touch, which is quite short but certainly worth the money for the superhuman kobolds. They often tempt me when I'm at the FLGS, but I find it hard to justify buying many of them when I know I likely won't use more than a fraction.</blockquote>
