I have 3 games that i manage now. For each of them , i follow everything with these. Hope you like as well.

Looks awesome, I personally would trade the xp charts because the way we run our games, xp is always balanced, all the way across, even in 3.x it was ruled that no one EVER lost xp, it ruined the fun, made things complicated, etc etc...

But otherwise, those look great, I would like to get a set of DM's tools mats to use for tracking all sorts of stuff =)

i am still giving different xp to each. i mean as a dm i can not share xp between all players, although only one solves the skill challange alone.

And i find ridicilous if someone kills a gnoll alone and shares xp everybody.

i find a solution of who damages or makes important move or sometimes simply kill get %10 xp more.
