[Dungeon]Questions about Dungeon and (separately) Amazon

I need the answers to two questions:

1) Should be worried about not seeing a new Dungeon in March? One has not arrived yet and I am wondering if my call to the fulfillment house has turned off my subscription, AGAIN. Every time I call to renew or check on somthing, my subscription seems to get messed up.

2) Amazon. I ordered Races of Faerun back in February along with the Arms and Equipment guide. It is taking them forever to deliver the goods. Is anyone else having this problem?

(1) Was there supposed to be a new Dungeon in March? I thought the next issue would be out in April and then onto monthly issues in May. Am I way off base?

(2) I don't think Amazon ordered enough copies of Races of Faerûn. I had it preordered (which has always meant IME that they'll send out a copy the day it gets in), but when the street date came, it said that it wouldn't be available for 1-2 weeks and after a week of no change, I cancelled my order and bought it from buy.com — which ended up being cheaper and faster.

I complained to customer service and got a $5 voucher for my next purchase. That combined with a 30% discount, combined with another voucher combined with thier nickels program = cheap fiend folio!

Has anyone ordered and recieved it this month?

Use buy.com, they charged me $2 for shipping and delivered it within a week of my order. The total was about $20.

I preordered both books on 3/6/03. They were supposed to ship on 3/14. My account said they were delayed for 1-2 weeks the weekend of the 14th. Since I didn't mind the wait (and had used a gift cert) I was prepared to wait. Tuesday morning (3/18) my order arrived. So I was happy with the service as it basically took one business day to get here: shipped on Monday, got to me on Tuesday.

Sorry to hear about your delay, man. Amazon is usually good to me...

A looooooong time ago, I preordred Dragonlords of Melnibone from Amazon.com.

The release date came. No book. A month passed. No book. Two months passed. No book. Cancelled my order, ordered from Barnes & Noble. Got it from then in a week.
