I compiled the campaign generation bible "dungeoncraft" essays into a mind map when I wrote up my last campaign scenario.
I figure it might be useful for people getting started on their 4e campaigns. You can download the mind map here: http://rembrandtqeinstein.gigacities.net/dungeoncraft.zip
And you need to download the software "FreeMind" from sourceforge to read it.

The mind map tool is also really useful for planning adventures and other aspects of your campaign because it makes it easy to get a "big picture" view of what is happening.
