Hey guys, I'm heading to Barnes and Noble later on tonight and would like to pick up a great fantasy, dungeon crawl novel that it's great with description (need some help describing my adventures), great story (that I can "borrow") and just flat out rocks!

If this is the ONE book you would recommend, which one would it be? Thanks!

There is a 4 book series of Forgotten Realms novels called "The Dungeons" which are supposed to be dungeon crawls. They are as follows...

* Depths of Madness, by Erik Scott de Bie (paperback, March 2007, ISBN 9780786943142)
* The Howling Delve, by Jaleigh Johnson (paperback, July 2007, ISBN 9780786942787)
* Stardeep, by Bruce R. Cordell (paperback, October 2007, ISBN 9780786943388)
* Crypt of the Moaning Diamond, by Rosemary Jones (paperback, November 2007, ISBN 9780786947140)

I have only read one of them (Depths of Madness) and I would give it 1.5 out of 5 stars (and I am in a good mood since its Friday evening).

The other 3 might be good, though.

The second book in Elizabeth Moon's 'The Deed of Paksenarrion': Divided Allegiance. (Although I'd recommend the whole trilogy, which can be had in an omnibus edition.)

It starts with a crawl in an ancient Elven city, goes to Homlett and the Moathouse, and ends up in an ancient mountain fortress with an encounter with Drow. You don't get much more dungeon crawly than that!
