Today, Hasbro announced DUNGEONS & DRAGONS — Bardic Inspiration: A Musical Journey through the Forgotten Realms, a new 12-track album with songs that takes inspiration from the Forgotten Realms. All 12 original songs on the album pay homage to various iconic locations in the Forgotten Realms and more specifically the Sword Coast. The album was composed by Michael Gatt, co-produced by Jeremy Jarvis, and visually artistically directed by AJ Hanneld. The album will also feature a 40-person choir. The release is scheduled for "Fall 2024".The physical album release will feature a double vinyl with new artwork and designs by TBWA/Chiat/Day. Digital versions will also be available. Hasbro has released several D&D inspired albums in recent years, including Spelljams, an album based on the Spelljammer setting that was released in 2022.
