Just the fact that it has the same reach modifiers is enough for me.  I'm not crazy about the image of the chains and the mess of carrying them around. If it has some trip or disarm mods that would just be gravy.  I'm sure however that my chances of coming across magical Spiked Chains was about 1 in a million.  I have no doubt the Duom would be even worse considering how obscure it is.</blockquote>
