Dusk - The World of Carthasana - It it still around?

Back in 1996, Michael Lloyd Morris released his campaign world of Dusk through the TSR website. I was lucky enough to download a copy and print it out. At the time of the release, it was designed for use with the 2E Skills & Powers ruleset.

I've been looking for a more-up-to-date version of the world, but so far with no success. I see Michael has a blog set aside on Enworld for posting about Dusk, but it looks like it hasn't been used in a while.

I seem to recall that he tried to release a 4E version, but it was forced to be taken down before I could obtain a copy. Does anyone know if he's still working on it and making it publicly available somewhere?

I cannot speak for the status of his Dusk creation. But, unfortunately, Mike took some actions that required his permanent banning from ENWorld and Circvs Maximvs. So I'm guessing that he's unable to update the blog you reference.
