Thank GOD! for Google. I've been bashing my head into the Wall trying to find the 0 level list for the Duskblade. I KNEW I had it somewhere, I just assumed it was from some Errata File Someplace as the Actual Spell list is Hidden with a +15 to Hide Check. While I'm at this. Why the Heck does the Duskblade only have FOUR TOTAL 0 Level Spells to choose from? You get 2 to begin with, plus a Number Equal to your Int Bonus. Or 2. As 2 is the maximum number of other 0 level spells you get to chose from. I'm making up a 2nd level Duskblade for my Wife's first game she's ever DM'd & decided to try something new. I have a 18 Int. That means Know 2+4 0 Level spells. Except that there are not 2+4 0 level spells to choose from. I realize this is a nit-pick. But wouldn't you think that at some point in Playtesting, someone would have made a Spellblade with a Int above 15? It is small little things like this that make me really concerened about the overall design (or lack thereof) that goes into a particular product. I mean, how hard to come up with enough 0 level choices so that every Duskblade in the Multiverse doesn't have the exact same 4 spells? It's not like it'd break the class to add in a few more options (or even a few new ones in the back). My Poorly Designed Sourcebook Alarm is now going off, & I really don't feel like putting the effort into seeing if it's genuine or a false alarm.
