Dwarven Thieves' Guild

Evil dwarven thieves' guild. Love it! I also dig the elementalism tied to the Deep One and the iron masks. Great stuff!

Any comments on the mechanical side of things? These are really my first monsters, so I am unsure if they are overpowered etc.

BTW, I added some premade encounters to the document...

Some general impressions, mechanically they don't look too bad, nothing glaring at least jumped out at me although I didn't 'do the math'.

Thematically I would question a thieves guild that brazenly marks themselves with red bandannas? Unless thieves guilds are an open thing and membership in one isn't against the law, just getting caught at it is? That particular touch strikes me more as a street gang than a guild of thieves. But depending on your setting it could certainly make sense.

For me a thieves' guild is like an organized crime family, which certainly overlaps somewhat with gangs. I have modeled them on organizations like the Yakuza, who show their allegiance with tatoos. The Dwarves here are not your stealthy catburglars/pickpockets. They cash in protection money, bribe officials, and loan shark. They are not arrested because they are protected by powerful people and will simply kill anybody starting to arrest one of them.

So (according to my reasoning) it is better to commit crime openly and show that anybody acting against you will be dead instead of hiding your misdeeds.
