Does dwarf wizard loses his bonus against spells?

no. examples of dwarven wizards in 3e books don't lose the bonus. some people on these boards may have house ruled that they do (if i remember correctly)

I don't see why they should loose this... they are a very harty Race.

I think some of the confusion may date back to when we were all checking Eric Noah's site for leaks about the 3e PH. THe information we had then (which turned out to be amazingly accurate for the most part) was that dwarves did lose their bonus. They do not in the final version.
