You guys would probably more enjoy campaigns that take place all inside the same super dungeon, with the object of play always to delve deeper.

I certainly wouldn't. I mean, it's fine in the old Yipe! line of computer games... but really, not so hot for RPG play. I like the overland hexcrawl aspects.
 


Giving such advantage is still link to being torn between one PC estate or the other... A feat then ?

Well you could let the ability work at both player estates. Actually you can get really flexible and allow the player to apply the bonus to any place they can decorate. You know throw up a few tapestries and candles and you can make that dungeon just like home. Then your actual home is well just a home you already have set up.
