Dynamic Priest Prerequisites

I'm working on a Spirit Shaman build, and I've seen folks recomend the Dynamic Priest feat to consolidate the Spirit Shaman to a single attribute for spellcasting. However, neither my FLGS nor my local library have a copy of the rulebook in question. At this point, I'm mostly interested in knowing whether or not I can fit it into the build.

Can anyone tell me if it has any prerequisites and whether or not it can only be taken at first level? Unfortunately, due to the house rules for the particular campaign (which state that all characters must have maxed out ranks in hide and move silently at most or all levels) the character will need to take Flexible Mind at level 1, and the earliest Dynamic Priest could be taken is level 3.

I believe the only prerequisite is "Can only be taken as a 1st level character".

Drat. Oh well, I guess I'll make a virtue out of necessity and take Spontaneous Healer and Spontaneous Summoner instead. They depend on a high wisdom score anyway for maximum benefit.

Technically, neither of those work for a spirit shaman. They allow you to convert a prepared spell into a healing or summon spell, but spirit shamans are spontaneous casters, and don't prepare spells.

IIRC, they DO prepare spells. Just like a Cleric would. Except they can pick from the whole Druid list. Once they are prepared, they can cast them in any combination, like a Sorcerer. But they still do prepare their spells each day.

I don't believe either one references preparing spells. I'll check when I get home, but I believe Spontaneous Healer says you can cast healing spells spontaneously "like a cleric" a number of times per day equal to your wisdom modifier.

I can see interpreting it either way, but I can't imagine my DM having a problem with it.
