Does anyone "in the know" have any insight on how well the new supplement Dynasties and Demagogues is going to hold up after 3.5 comes out?
That is, do the changes to the core rules in 3.5 affect the crunch of Dynasties and Demagogues at all? a little? a lot?
All of this really translates to, if buy Dynasties and Demagogues now will I be glad for what sounds like a great book only to curse the fact that it is somehow "past its expiration date" when 3.5 comes out?
I don't want salmonella, here, people! But I do want a good solid political supplement for D&D that's written in such a way that I can use it for years to come. Which is certainly how the early reviews are making this one out.
