I activated my e-mail through the site so my PbP players could contact me - one of them indicated he sent me an e-mail that I never received, so I tried sending a test e-mail to myself, and that didn't come through either.

The system is working - check the email that you have for your account in your profile - that might be outdated now, especially if you've been at ENWorld awhile.

I updated my e-mail with a new address in the last month or so, and I checked My Account - the current e-mail address is correct in my profile.

I know that the domain of the source address has been erroneously added to RBL's in the past. It could be that your ISP is filtering the email out before it arrives.

I just sent myself an e-mail through EN World and it came through just fine. Do you have any spam filters in place?

My test e-mail came through and it was routed to my junk folder, so I fixed that - still no idea why the first one ended up in electron-limbo. :\

I think the problem is as solved as it's going to be - if a moderator would like to make with the padlock...?
