(ooc: I'll leave everyone to roll their own clw rolls as Slagmortar, IcyCool, and Nimisgod have started to do.) The far door draws Nar's attention now that things have calmed down. The door is a massive stone slab with seven large bas-reliefs of animal-headed figures carved into its surface. From left to right, the humanoids have the heads of a hippo, scarab, ibis, crocodile, cat, ram, and an asp. Each of the figures has its hand before it as if it was grasping a non-existent staff; there is a vertical hole where a slender object could be placed. Stepping back from such an obvious puzzle, Nars takes stock of the rest of the room while the others receive Ishmael's benedictions. There are various pieces of furniture and art objects around the room and most are intact and made of gilded, ancient, dried out wood. They are probably pretty fragile, but it might be possible to carry them out. In addition, there are severl finely wrought alabaster plaques. The shrine upon which Yinopu sat is likewise made of gilded wood and covered in Hieroglyphics. The carrying poles look a little too fragile to use to carry the shrine. Some of the murals around the room appear to have Heiroglyphic inscriptions. The doors through which you entered have an arcane inscription of some kind. The northern wall contains a mural of archers, beneath which is an inscription. The southern wall contains a mural of servants removing a suit of armor from a figure you now recognize as Toth Nekamek. The inscription below the king is somewhat faded compared to the otherws around the room. There is another inscription on the shrine upon which the jackal sat. (ooc: sorry yeah, its the -4 version. till you can find someone to remove curse (probably back in orussus)) Rest time? I'll post XP after your next sleep :)
