This link seems like a very comprehensive list of Eberron resources, and includes a link to Dragon magazine articles about Eberron, and Dungeon magazine adventures and articles about Eberron.
Those lists don't seem completely up to date, but should still be pretty useful to you. [Edit: Now that I check, they actually do seem completely up to date after all!]

Was totally enjoying this link but now I can't access the Worlds of DnD pages for the past month. Are they officially down?

Yes, they shut down a few months ago. A shame because I had moved a few of my WotC board threads there that were resource oriented (a list of D&D miniatures for Eyes of the Lich Queen, and I believe a complete list of the print Eberron adventures).
Durn it.
I tried using Wayback Machine but no dice.
I was really looking for the complete list of Dungeon articles (Paizo era) featuring 3.5 material. I'm quite fond of adapting the adventure material there for my 4E games.
