I imagine he'd be operating it at peak efficiency, but that hinges on him understanding to the same degree the Cannith artificers did. Hazy territory there, but it should rightfully scare the hell out of any inhabitant of Khorvaire who discovers the possibility that the Lord of Blades might be pumping out a new construct army on a round the clock basis.</blockquote>
