Of course, I was in the "Mystic Theurge is vastly overpowered" camp when that prestige class debuted, and I have since recanted. So I certainly may be wrong here, too.But the Warding Flame (at will, +2 sacred bonus AC and saves, SR 25 vs. evil spells and spells from evil creatures), even though it's at level 10 in the class, still seems more powerful than other "level 10" abilities in prestige classes (such as Disciple of Asmodeus, whose "level 10" ability is similar but clearly less powerful, in my opinion). And Detect Thoughts at will? Yikes. I can bet a lot of DMs would house-rule that out without even thinking about it.Not to mention smite evil, darkvision, an extra 2d6 of holy and fire damage with your weapon, and the ability to (sort of) turn evil outsiders like undead. And on top of all that, you get a d8 hit die and near-full divine spell progression (only miss 1st level, so you're only one level behind, from what I can see). They ought to throw in a Ronco closet organizer while they're at it, this guy has everything else.Of course, this is better than the old Sword and Fist Halfling Outrider. That poor guy didn't even get a BAB listing, IIRC.</blockquote>
