I am wanting to begin a Eberron game set in the Lhazaar Principalities but after reading the Eberron setting book I don't have a real good grasp on the place or it's people. What is the weather like? The country? It's people? Does anyone have a idea? Thanks.
IMO, it's a lot like Scandinavia. The people are a lot like Vikings except less focus on raiding and pillaging and more on trading and ship-to-ship piracy. I expect Keith Baker will be doing a Dragonshard on them eventually.
