Eberron Novel Open Call - response

So, I finally got a letter from WotC about the Eberron Novel Open Call last summer.

It wasn't meant to be. I'm curious if anyone else has gotten a response, and when?

The letter was sent to me 25-02-2005

There was no feedback/critique included.

If the Maiden of Pain is any indicator, they already have selected and secured the contract with the winner - though he/she is bound to an NDA and won't say anything till they do.

I know, but I was curious if they might have sent the letters out in batches.. Say, one guy received a rejection back in december, while others got them in febuary, indicating different considerations from WotC to different proposals.

Also, if anyone had gotten critique or other feedback from WotC and I haven't, that would also be interesting to me personally.
