Eberron: Racial Feats

Can anyone confirm for me whether there are any racial feats in the Eberron Setting book spefically for ^%$#@&&!?

I don't believe there are any. There's some in Races of Eberron, though.

Not necessarily. Both Changelings and Kalashtar can more or less easily pass as members of another race. Each might have a different purpose in doing so and in general Changelings are the more likely to do so, but this does not warrant, I think, ruling out the Kalashtar possibility simply because it is not as probable. Thus, concealing one's true race does not allow one to deduce with absolute certainty the true race of the player.

Ahh but Kalashstar only get the bonus to Disguise when impersonating humans and that is a full +2 to the check so. . .

the +2 offsets the -2 penalty for disguising yourself as another race. Which means that most people, in my opinion shouldn't be able to tell the difference. Personally, I think he's playing a warforged disguised as a fighter in full plate ...
