For roleplaying reasons, I'm looking for a prestige class that fits with the Eberron version of Tiamat (Demon Overlord).
The most logical one would be Talon of Tiamat from the Draconimicon but: I'm playing a Dragonwrought kobold, and I therefore already have all the dragon specials (except for dragonbreath)
The other prestige classes suggested (for dragons) are only interesting/available for True Dragons.
Also, I'm more interested in exploring the demon aspect instead of the dragon aspect.
I will be unlikely to complete a full 10 lvl prestige class, since I'm already lvl 10 and will probably need the next 2 or 3 levels to obtain any prerequisites.
The most interesting one up to now are:
-Diabolist (Book of Vile Darkness)
-Fiend-Blooded (Heroes of Horror)
Both are 10 lvl prc's that I will probably have to abandon before I'm through with them, as I expect the campaign to end at level 20, if not before.
I am willing to give up at most one level of spellcasting.

You are a dragonwrought kobold.
Extend Spell
An extended spell lasts twice as long as normal.
Improved Dragon Wings
You can fly at a speed of 30 feet (average maneuverability). You can�t fly while carrying a medium or heavy load or while fatigued or exhausted. You can safely fly for a number of consecutive rounds equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum 1 round). You can exert yourself to fly for up to twice as long, but then you�re fatigued at the end of the flight. You are likewise fatigued after spending a total of more than 10 minutes per day flying. Because you can glide before, after, and between rounds of actual flight, you can remain aloft for extended periods, even if you can only use flight for 1 round at a time without becoming fatigued., You can make a dive attack. A dive attack works like a charge, but you must fly a minimum of 30 feet and descend at least 10 feet. You can make a dive attack only when wielding a piercing weapon; if the attack hits, it deals double damage. You can use the run action while flying, provided you fly in a straight line.
