Its called Khyber (after the Dragon Below). Its the source of Khyber dragonshards (magical crystals that empower binding magic) and is the domain of the trapped fiends and daelkyr (things Man Was Not Meant To Know (TM)).

Khyber is different from your standard Underdark as some of the standard races are not found there (Drow are from Xen'drik, not the Underdark, for example). It generally difficult to get there.

The best source of info is the Eberron Campaign Guide for 4E or the Player's Guide to Eberron for 3.5. There is not a full sourcebook for it.

Khyber is said to be the body of one of the three Progenitor Dragons that created the world of Eberron. It is a massive subterranean realm that is filled with Devils, Deemons, Daelkyr, nightmarish, and the sleeping Rajah that were bound by the Dragons and the Gatekeepers.

One of the regions of Khyber is the Vault of the Keeper where souls taken by Keeper's Fangs are delivered. There, an ancient Draconic Lich claiming to be the Keeper lords over them and inflicts hellish suffering upon them.
