Ebook Reader Question

Ok. I'm wanting a way to get the Adobe PDFs off my computer and bringing them to the gaming table (without having to buy a laptop). Sure I guess I could print out everything, but that is a hassle and adds more clutter to our already crowded tabletop.

So I've been thinking about Ebook readers. Is it possible for me to put some downloaded game books (PDFs I downloaded from drivethrurpg and other sources) on a portable device for reading at the game table?

I just got the SONY Reader (www.sony.com/reader) for Christmas.

PDFs look good, but in some cases the print is too small to read. I'm looking to see if there is a way to "tweak" a PDF before uploading it so the print is larger.

WORD documents look great on it, so I'll be using it for my gaming matrial, I just need to work out this PDF issue.
