Filmark stared toward the wall as he listened to the sounds of Greenest being destroyed. Finally seeing a chance to prove himself, he found himself itching to join the fight. "The enemy is out there, and I am stuck here, in my virgin battle, babysitting a damn cave pixy..." Filmark thought to himself as he turned and glared at Xull'aven. Though furious, Filmark knew his orders and did not leave his post. To distract himself, Filmark drew his dagger and fidgeted with it, imagining himself plunging it into some fowl orc or hurling it into some evil bandit trying to make off with a fair damsel. He quickly brought himself to attention when Lord Nighthill and the others entered the keep. Realizing his dagger was still in his hand, he quickly hid his hand behind his back. He listened intently as Lord Nighthill spoke with the others. Elated to be part of this mission, Filmark stood as tall and as proud as possible and gave his strongest salute to Lord Nighthill, "As you command, my Lord! I will not fail you!" Fortunately, Nighthill did not give Filmark much attention and Filmark's proud pose quickly changed as he narrowly avoiding stabbing himself in the eye while saluting with his forgotten dagger. "Idiot" He scolded himself silently. He quickly regained his composure and set about undoing Xull's bindings. "No funny business you understand, drow? Lord Nighthill has spoken for you, and I, Filmark, will be your shield arm, let us destroy this enemy together" He echoed Nighthill's instructions as he released the drow, then added a bit quieter, "If you betray him, I will make sure you find a quick blade in your ribs, if it is the last thing I do." Following his liege, Filmark headed out and met with the rest of the party, though he remained close to his charge. "Well met, everyone, I am Filmark, a guardsman of Greenest." Not wanting to be outdone by a woman, Filmark quickly stepped over to the doorway after Tina.
