ECLs

Is there a list any of ECLs for more unusual character races? I know a player who wants to play an awakened dire ape and another who wants to use the vampire lord template from the WOTC site. Can anyone hazard a guess on these?

did you write that page Solaris? I found it earlier (someone asked me the ECL for a creature from the MM, needless to say yours said ECL+9 for the creature in quesiton, and I'm starting them at 5th level)
