Eladrin not in the SRD?

Was just looking at the SRD, the old version (pre-update, this past week), since I have all the files stored on my drive.

Eladrin isn't in there (MM, pg. 93-95).

This might not seem like such a big deal, but we're using them in the Cooperative Dungeon #1. :)

Was this an oversight on our part, by including them in CD1, or were they removed some time between now and then?

Are they not listed separately under Bralani and Ghaele?

Yes, they are listed separately in the SRD.

The term "Eladrin" is not used, however. It is Wizards PI.

"Eladrin" is definately not PI. We see it used in the SRD. Check out the SRD listing for the various "Summon Monster" spells. In the table for the various monsters summoned by spell level, the third entry under 6th level is "Bralani (eladrin) CG".

Likewise, in the Legal section, "eladrin" is not among the listed terms declared as product identity.

In the question of having a d20 product list a monster as having the eladrin subtype, and having the powers that gives...that's harder to adjudicate.

Hmm... I'd never noticed in the Summon Monster listing. In a probablity, it's an oversight on WotC's part. But it is there and thus legal to use (at least for the Bralani).

I'm not sure you'd be able to argue that the only the terms specifically enumerated are all that WotC can claim as PI.
