Eladrin racial modifiers

Somehow I've managed to miss what the Eladrin racial modifiers are. I know they get to teleport up to 5 squares and all that jazz, but what stats get modified?

+2 to Dex and +2 to Int.

yeah, it's the only race with both mods to abilities of the same defense group (reflex)

 

[Moon-Lancer]

it balances the teleport, their other racial abilities, and a few of their feats.

At least it seems right to me.
