Jemal: Any of those look fine to me. As for the lethality, I was just thinking genre differences--goblins die in fantasy whereas thugs in superhero stories are defeated by surprisingly nonlethal attacks and kept unconscious or tied up just long enough for the police to conveniently arrive--not any intention that it'll be a particularly lethal game. Like DnD: While death is possible, the heroes usually survive and major villains often do (at least until the final battle), but monsters and villain lackeys generally don't unless the heroes make a point of not killing them. Shayuri: Looks good. I'm guessing the snake's poison is meant to be linked with the damage? I'm also guessing it's resisted by Fortitude, but what're the conditions? :EDIT: Binder Fred: She's a benevolent figure who stabilized the region for the good of all of the people around. Of course, that version of the story is the one she told in the first place and that officials who want to stay on her good side repeat. People who think that she was maybe slightly more self-serving than that--she certainly benefits from the stability and from being warned of any serious dangers in the kingdom as soon as anybody finds out about it, not to mention the humanoid wizards that live in the keep and serve her however she wants in exchange for occasional pearls of ancient wisdom and knowledge--are not exactly rare.
