Elemental and 1/2 Elemental Templates?

Where could I find these? I wanna run a few elemental dungeons(I've been playing too much Final Fantasy 1, with the four Elemental Orbs, and I'm looking to make dungeons like those, but that's besides the point) and I've seen people mention the Elemental and 1/2 Elemental templates, so I was wondering: Where are they?

I know half elemental is in Return to the Temple of elemental evil.

I think Manual of the Planes has some elemental templates but I'm not sure.

Manual of the Planes has half-elemental (air, earth, fire and water) and elemental creature (air, earth, fire, water, cold and wood) templates, as well as paraelementals (ice, magma, ooze, smoke and steam). The book is well worth the price.

Alright cool, I want more templates to add to my "Orgy of Destruction" Creature, I'll post it when it's done, so far, it's a Kaiju, Demilich, Paragon, Pseudonatural, Part-Red Dragon, Part-Fiend, Epic Wizard, Spellstiched, Monster of Legend, Demigod,...something. The basic storyline is that Smaug and ORcus went out drinking in Sigil one night long ago, got into an orgy(hence this creatures name, "ORgy of Destruction") including now a completely alien being, the being that hand out all the really cool templates, and now, an elemental.

The Epic-LEvel Handbook Abominations are NOTHING compared to what I can come up with. It's basically just a very goofy-looking but uber as anything monster that is gonna be the adversary for a SUPER high-level epic 1-shot I'm gonna run for my players, it's just called "Try to Kill This One. Seriously."

Ah, but then Dingleberry, what Templates should I add to this monstrosity to make it even more powerful? As it is, from the various templates, it's immune to almost all types of energy, it gets 2 breath weapons(I know, stretching it a bit, but oh well, it's just for fun, a 1-shot deal) plus a ray attack, I still haven't figured out the base creature, I was thinking of possibly using either a Giant Spider, or...a kobold. Yeah, apparently all those monstrous beings were jonesing for some kobold that fateful night in Sigil...

So, which elemental template or paraelemental template should I add to this creature to make it even sicker than it already is?

I'm not a smackdown sort of guy, so I'll refrain from offering such advice.

I can tell you, however, that the paraelementals are not templates, but rather just new monsters.

Why not a human? Everyone else seems to want to do them after all.

If you don't want to go for humor, and want a not-easily-obvious creature like the great red wyrm (wait, you said part dragon...) then go for the beholder. The eyes, man!

Or tarrasqe, for a more traditional creature.

Or stirge... imagine one of them using a breath weapon.

Of course, you could use a bunny, but you would have to have a grenade. Of sorts. That deals fire and holy damage.

An iron golem would be nice, but I doubt a golem can be half-dragon. Then again, this creature was not made in a normal way.

I got it! A displacer beast! The players cast Time Stop, load up the fireballs on it... and it's just a bit to the left. Whoops! :D As another plus, it's so odd that they might not recognise it and actually do what I just said.
