There's a Planar Ranger variant in Unearthed Arcana that gains a Planar Animal Companion rather than a normal animal companion, along with other planar stuff- you could easily, in my opinion, just switch out the Animal Companion while leaving everything else intact. But since I believe it may only allow Celestial and Fiendish animals, you could try looking in the Manual of the Planes (if you have it) for an equal-powered fire template rather than Celestial or Fiendish. Then again, if your DM is lenient, you could just give it the Fire subtype or something and be done with it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
