Yeah, the Jester's Elementalist class is posted here, on the old EN World forums at Cyberstreet: http://enworld.cyberstreet.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=23482 For reference, anyway. The old forums don't load quickly, and may be taken down at some point, but I'm not going to just copy-paste the Jester's stuff without permission. Thus, the link above. As for the Elementalist class posted here, though, I think it might be fine as-is now; its spellcasting is less versatile than the Wizard's, but it has just as many class abilities as the Wizard yet they're more powerful. Elemental Companions are more potent than Familiars, Elemental Rebuking/Commanding is more potent than Scribe Scroll (and they could always just take Scribe Scroll as a feat normally), while the Elemental Masteries are better than the other bonus feats of a Wizard. Note: You don't have any 5th-level spell listed for the Fire element in the Subtle Correspondance spell list. To note, as I'm a nitpicker, Dispell is supposed to be Dispel. The class' special abilities might need a tad more tweaking to balance, but seem reasonable enough at the moment I think.
