Any orc-elf crossbreed in my game will follow the traditional concept: half-orc or simply just "orc". It is the established method in the MM and from prior editions of D&D. Anyway, from the beginning, I just didn't understand why you choose orc (of all the options...) to represent the heritage of Grugach since there really isn't any precedence for it.
