But I think there is really nothing wrong in a shortsword or a falchion.I changed the elven proficiencies removing rapier, because it's an unusual weapon in the places where elves live, and longsword because I think that an ordinary non warrior elf should be trained in the shortsword and not in the long one. Druids have similar proficiencies (quarterstaff, dagger, sickle, short sword, hand and thrown axe, falchion,  maybe the longsword, all bows but not x-bows, sling). I'll change the magical druidic scimitars in magical shortswords or magical falchions.Still I allow only natural armor (usually leather and a wooden buckler)</blockquote>
