(ELH) He's everywhere.....

Who keeps building these labrynths and dungeons? Who gathers up all the magical items to hide and destroy thus keeping them rare? For centuries people have always thought it was just coincidence. However, lately, it has come to a few people's notice that it is all one guy. Some immortal, insane person who makes the world dangerous for adventurers.

Now, I only have that basic idea for him. This is a tongue in cheek/making fun of a fantasy cliche type character. I figure he's Epic in level. 20 levels of Wizards at least. Not sure what else. Number of levels doesn't matter, he could be character level 300 for all I care. The concepts the important part like all characters.

Thoughts? Waste of time? Brilliant?

Amazing what I think up on a bored Friday Night. I'm just not sure what classes to give him that helps with this all. Maybe 10 levels of Rogue and then the Epic Prestige class that gathers magical items.

I see two EPrC's (my shorthand for the Epic Prestige Classes) that might be useful: Agent Retriever & Epic Infiltrator. Althought the Agent Retriever may be the one that you are thinking of.

So maybe he has the following levels at minimum:

Wizard 20
Rogue 10
Agent Retriever 5 (enough to get the first bonus feat class feature)

This guy has been doing this a long while. That's 64 character levels. Ya, a crap load but this guy is not supposed to go against the PCs. He's purpose is to feed his insanity and that is creating dungeons and stocking them.

Ya, sort of. I realized that a little as well. However, isn't he like super evil? This guy is neutral. He's does it for the adventurers. I'll try to come up with the reason that started his insanity, his obsession.
