[ELH] Modified Paragon Template

Other than using the FCTF book, does anyone have ideas on modifying the template to essentially be balanced as an ECL 12 or 13? (since it's an NPC class and has no money)

I think minotaurs are CR+8 creatures, right?

This means that a half-dragon minotaur is around ECL +12, a half-celestial minotaur is about ECL + 11 . . .

Why not look at the stats for such a creature, and use something like that, as far as modifiers and resistances? Might want to bump up a stat here or there to account for the lack of gold, but remember that they'll be getting gold soon enough.

I thought I'd just post this question, seeing this thread deal with basically the same thing...

What are the ECL and CR of the paragon and pseudonatural templates? That is, just the templates... I know the CR of a paragon mindflayer is 23, and I know its ECL as well, but what about a paragon human?
