M MichaelH First Post Jan 19, 2004 #2 No. Empower Spell affects variable numeric values. Deep Slumber affects a static number of HD. If it were 1-10 HD, then it would work. This is the reason Empower Spell no longer affects Bull's Strength and the other buff spells.
