I had found Eric's site back when it was still new, and had been going to view it everyday since I found it, devouring every bit of information I could about the new third edition. I knew and retained so much information that I knew most of the rules by the time I grabbed my PHB at my FLGS on the day it came out. I remember ordering one of every core rulebook form amazon.com and then going to the FLGS on the day they arrived, just so I could have them immediately (I gave the ones I ordered to a good friend of mine). In fact, I gave a bunch of my players their PHB. When Eric was closing down, I was really sad. I wrote him an email expressing my thanks for the website ... I had actually written two emails, but my gf said the first one was a big too clingy and sad. And to my amazement, Eric wrote back and was pretty positive. Heck, I get a buzz whenever Eric remembers me because it's crazy to think I have some name recognition. Thank you eric, for leading my to third edition, and giving me that year of anticipation and joy. And then Morrus took over, and he did a great job, going beyond the original scope of the original site. I owe Morrus more than that though, because when 50megs.com crapped out and practically ruined the Malls & Morons website, he stepped up and offered to host it for me; and so, for a long time (until I told Morrus to go ahead and get rid of it), Malls & Morons belonged to EN World. Thank you Russell, for keeping it going for so long. I remember announcing its release in these very forums and getting a positive response. In fact, I've never heard anythng negative about Malls & Morons, it's always been well received. You know, I never said anything, but I always felt guilty here at EN World. When the server drive was there, I had no job and couldn't give any money. When Chairman Kaga died, I didn't know who he was, just the stories I heard. Every time there was a drive (2 in recent memory, if memory serves me right), I couldn't afford to give. I felt like a mooch. Crazy times, you know. I don't post often at EN World, as much as I would like. But I remember all the changes from the first message boards to the current incarnation. I want to say, thanks Eric and Russell. And thanks to everyone who ever said a kind word about me or had something good to say about Malls & Morons; you're all in my heart.
