D&D 4E EN World 4E Adventure Path

First I'd like to say that my players are very much enjoying the War of the Burning Sky. We've been playing for over a year now and we're almost done with the Mad King's Banquet.

In a chat last night, Erik Mona said that Paizo is no longer trying to trademark the phrase Adventure Path. Necromancer Games is using it, and I was wondering if EN World might use it too for future projects.

And will EN World publish another series, this time for 4th edition?

4e killed the sales of the later issues of the current one. I doubt they will be paying the 5k to get to 4e before 2009. By then they will have a much better idea of what the rules and landscape will be like.
