What are the other services available and what are the fees?4. I saw something on the website claiming publishers could request their payment at any time, but the actual user agreement says royalties are paid monthly with a minimum of $25.  Please advise the correct circumstances.  Thanks for clarifying so I can make a decision as to what we're doing.</blockquote>
