Any info if the EN World Gaming Magazine will be available beyond states side, and where?

I guess that we'll see it in the UK as the Goodman Games one was seen in the FLGS in London. Mongoose seem to have reasonably widespread distribution so should probably available many places if the LGS and distributors are willing.
I suppose wait for Mongoose Matt to turn up and confirm.

It'll be available in Canada at Golden City Comics in Toronto. The previous version of the magazine was like reading The Dragon back in the Good Olde Days when everything was new, there was a "The" in the magazine title, and every article was usable in a campaign.
