Encounter idea's for a high level monster brawl.

Alright so my group and me have the idea to play a side campaign using pretty high level characters just for the fun of it and making characters out of our favorite video game characters. This is something to do when we don't feel like doing heavy story narrative and such, instead playing light on story heavy on the combat, but I don't have many monster manuals yet (working on that) but I do know some databases I can use...problem being I don't really know many creatures that would possible be of our challenge rating or similar so I'm really hoping I can get some monster ideas to actually fight these guys.

Another idea is to make creatures from the respective games of our players, but honestly I wouldn't know how to actually stat or compare such things so if anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated!

All characters are lv12 with +5 lv adjust, therefore ECL 17 and here they are-

Android GLaDOS(portal): Construct lord/living dungeon lv12 Holomaester
Jetstream Sam (metal Gear Rising): Perfect Human/cyborg lv 12 Tome Samurai
Aang (avatar: last airbender): Human Hero/avatar lv 12 bender of air
Kratos (god of war) Human Patriarch/half goliath lv 12 spiked chain tripper build (don't know classes yet)
Fiend Ryu (ninja gaiden): Human/Half Fiend lv 10 Tome Ninja/ lv 2 Hellknight

Well yeah did I not say that well enough? I do tend to ramble-type sometimes... I listed the players we have so theres a basis for knowing what we've got to use, like we have no casters and such

Try them in an early battle against a mature adult silver dragon (CR 18) and see how the encounter goes, then adjust the CR for further encounters accordingly.

Yes each of the dragons has a varying power level relative to each other. I picked silver because I think it would give the characters a good challenge and be a suitably dramatic battle to get the video game characters 'warmed up'. Here's an idea: The silver dragon is possessed and has become evil; upon its defeat the odem/odic/spirit escapes into a dungeon/forest/mountain range and must be chased down. Each time it gains a body you have your video game boss fight. Eventually, a way must be found to defeat the thing for good but only after five of its bodies have been destroyed.
